Methodology
Latency is the median of ten conditional GET round trips. Download opens parallel HTTPS streams of
random, non-compressible payload for eight seconds and reports the throughput of the middle 80% of samples,
discarding TCP slow-start. Results stay on your device; we publish no per-user data.
